In what some are calling the closest thing to an American royal affair (since the Kennedy days, of course), Chelsea Clinton, 30, married her longtime beau Marc Mezvinsky, 32, in Rhinebeck, NY, in a star-studded ceremony.

Chelsea Clinton wore a white Vera Wang wedding dress to exchange vows in an interfaith ceremony before a reported 400-500 guests, including Wang herself.

The strapless Vera Wang dress featured a diagonally draped bodice, ballgown skirt made out of raw edged laser-cut swirling silk organza, and a train in silk tulle.

Clinton's tiny waist was cinched with a crystal-encrusted belt also by the designer, while her hair was pulled back and accented by a long traditional tulle veil. She complemented her gorgeous gown with a simple bouquet of white hydrangeas.

Congratulations to the happy couple!! :)

The Oval Office is nearly as familiar an image as the president himself. But the first lady’s work space is the opposite: rarely photographed or mentioned by the press. Yet it’s a busy, highly trafficked part of the White House, where Michelle Obama makes phone calls, holds meetings, hosts visitors and conducts interviews. As she garners ever more attention for her initiatives, world travels and social engagements, we find ourselves wondering: What does her East Wing office look like?

With the help of White House aides, who shared details about the space and provided photos, POLITICO has assembled a peek at where FLOTUS gets her work done. One thing’s for sure: The work space is a far cry from the Oval Office.

The first lady, who redecorated the space last summer, has gone for something more casual than the gold tones of the Oval Office: an off-white, overstuffed, living-room-type couch — with floral and other printed pillows — along with two brown-and-cream-patterned chairs. The space is painted a warm, cozy peach color, and the windows feature plantation-style shutters rather than curtains or blinds. In lieu of a personal desk, Obama asked that a round, 10-person table be brought in, so that her staff can gather for meetings.

Talk about flying first-class.

London's Gatwick Airport is offering pasty jet-setters free St. Tropez spray tans after a poll found that vacationers would rather expose their cellulite or belly bulge than their pale skin, the Daily Mail reports.

According to research by the airport, men are more worried than women about looking pale on holiday.

Those polled said that their biggest holiday gripe is baring their pale skin, with 32 per cent of people dreading revealing their pasty complexion.

The findings were announced at the launch of Gatwick Glow, which offers passengers St Tropez spray tans before they fly. Travellers said they felt more comfortable revealing their cellulite and wobbly bellies than pale skin.

More than half said having a bronzed body would give them more confidence during their first day on the beach.

Men fear exposing their tanless skin more than women, with 36 per cent admitting it is their top holiday worry compared with 29 per cent of women.

Kim Francis, marketing manager of Gatwick Airport, said: 'Gatwick Glow is designed to give our passengers a boost. We want them to head off on their holiday feeling great about themselves.

'And, with almost half of holidaymakers worrying about burning on the first day, we've partnered with St Tropez to offer the spray tan facility so passengers can fly off already sunkissed, which we hope will prevent them from overdoing it on the beach.'

The offer runs until Sunday, so go get your tan on if you're in London!

The Up Yer Pole pole dancing school in Scotland has begun offering classes for elementary schoolers ages six to 12. Up Yer Pole calls the lessons “pole fit” classes, alleging they are gymnastics classes with no sexual dancing and are open to both girls and boys.

The move has sparked outrage among worried parents and child-care campaigners - with one claiming it verges on kid porn. One horrified mum - who emailed Lanarkshire-based Up Yer Pole for more info on their £5 tutorials - said: "The lessons are promoted as a way to keep fit. But they're so closely linked to the sex industry that it's really sleazy."

The kids' classes were even linked to a website offering nipple tassle twirling lessons. The under-16s lessons have already begun and are being held above the Cotton Club nightspot in Wishaw, Lanarkshire.

The players at London’s Chelsea Football Club will have a whole new – Italian - wardrobe in time for the opening of Britain’s premier league soccer season next month.

Dolce & Gabbana has signed a three-year partnership to design the players’ formal wear and to re-design the directors’ lounge at the Stamford Bridge stadium in West London, the club’s home.

The announcement was made during a cocktail party at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday.

“We are really happy about this partnership and to be able to link our name to such a prestigious club like Chelsea,” said Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana in a statement.

“Football players are style icons both on and off the pitch, and, on top of this, there is our love of England and of London, which has always been a source of inspiration for our work.”

The players’ outfits include a three-piece, two-button suit in dark blue wool twill, a blue poplin shirt, and a blue jacquard tie. The team’s colors are blue and white.

Chelsea’s lion crest will be embroidered on the suit’s pocket. There is also a blue wool and cashmere coat embroidered with the club’s logo. For the players’ free time, the duo has designed a blue poplin shirt worn with dark blue denim jeans and black calfskin sneakers.

There are also Dolce & Gabbana suits created for Carlo Ancelotti, the Chelsea coach, and for the male and female executives, along with accessories such as a blue calfskin suitcase, black leather shoes, and a gunmetal tie pin.

Ron Gourlay, chief executive of Chelsea Football Club, described the designs as “exceptional. We’re excited to be partnering with such a world-renowned and innovative design house,” he said.

The players will wear their more casual clothes when they travel to play a friendly match against Eintracht Frankfurt in Germany on Sunday, and will wear their formal uniform on the day of their first premier league game on August 14.
