Are we the only ones that think this is scary, unnecessary, and just gross? I, for one, am a firm believer in: "Be grateful for what God blessed you with." No skin tone/color is better than another, and in the end, no matter what type of cosmetic surgery you have, your genes will NEVER change. Skincare group Vaseline has introduced a skin-lightening application for Facebook in India, enabling users to make their skin whiter in their profile pictures.The download is designed to promote Vaseline's range of skin-lightening creams for men, a huge and fast-growing market driven by fashion and a cultural preference for fairer skin.
The widget promises to "transform your face on Facebook with Vaseline Men" in a campaign fronted by Bollywood actor Shahid Kapur, who is depicted with his face divided into dark and fair halves.
Reps for the couple confirm that the Spanish duo wed in a top-secret ceremony held earlier this month in the Bahamas. Though the guest list may have been limited to family & close friends, and though details are still scarce at this time, we know that the 36-year-old bride didn't think twice about having her close friend (Christian Dior designer) John Galliano design her wedding gown! Lucky, lucky woman (and Javier is a lucky man)!

Sweet Hello Kitty will be purring her way into British retailer Marks & Spencer at the end of this month. I'm sure many of us are hoping she makes it to the shops in Kuwait :)

Unclear whether joke or tribute, this designer-inspired (???) house dubbed Casa de Louis Vuitton sits in Mexicali, and it has definitely succeeded in drawing international attention (hmmm we wonder why...)!
I can somehow imagine something like this popping up in Kuwait sometime in the future-- maybe to match the LV cars we have roaming around town! :)
