Never one to shy away from statement looks (or bearing her infamously toned arms), Mrs. O wore a sparkly (yes, we said sparkly) blue gown by New York designer Peter Soronen, whose design house is dedicated to "creating show-stopping demi-couture dresses and gowns." Mission accomplished.
"I really didn't know that she was going to wear it until I got a phone call that someone saw her in it," the excited designer told the 'Huffington Post.' He added that the one-shoulder look "continues to be a trend."
It's nice to see Mrs. O stray away from her usual bob and into some nice soft curls, isn't it?
